Initially designed as a 36-unit condo building by another developer, Paragon took over and redeveloped the project 255 Bell to hold 51 units and make it more financially viable for the location. With this change alone, we engineered over a million dollars in savings. We re-envisioned the 255 Bell project to set a new standard for Osborne Village living. Every decision of this project was made with consideration for the Osborne Village demographic of young professionals, students, or those who would like a comfortable long-term residence to live out their mid to later years.
