Project Overview

30UC is where luxury and affordability meet, steps away from campus. The 108 condo-style apartment units represent luxury living leased at below-market rates. The seven-storey structure stands on the gateway of University Crescent, watching over a neighbourhood known for endless food, fun and freedom.

Exterior

This concrete and steel building is constructed using Logix ICF over one level of underground parking, with additional exterior surface parking for residents and visitors. Amenity spaces have been designed to accommodate community living with rooftop terraces, shared lounges, and guest suites.

Interior

Designed and planned for convenience as much as for style, 30UC’s suites are both lavish and efficient. From the luxury vinyl plank flooring to the quartz countertops, each surface reflects modern chic.
